How Can severe Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Be Treated?

I have been diagnosed with abdominal aortic aneurysm and under annual observation. My stomach has increased substantialy in size over the last couple of months.Today it suddenly got bigger and hard. I took some antacids,gas X, and the pain has gone. Should I go to emergency or call my doctor later today?

Hi I think the present episode is due to indigestion and acidity. Please take Omeprazole plus a chewable antacid with MPS in it. If the symptoms are not relieved, see your doctor--regards
